Our Mission
Throughout its long history, tea has evolved alongside people.
Tea has continuously adapted to people and changed with the environment,
influencing surrounding cultures and becoming a culture unto itself.
With the aim of preserving Japanese culture and food culture through tea,
our museum undertakes activities such as collecting, preserving, researching,
and exhibiting museum materials based on the following mission statement.
